One step at a time
Today I start the 3rd week of my journey. I am making life changing habits each week. I am changing my eating habits a little each week. I have increased my walking each week and become more consistent in getting to the gym. I have stopped the weight gain and I am now slowly and constantly losing weight. The keys to success are, changing your mind, changing your habits, and staying constantly.
