It's really nice to have a routine that I know is right for where I'm at.
125 push ups per day.
40 obliques. Today I think I did it twice.
12 deep breaths of leg stretches.
Daily flossing, not the dance. ;)
It'll be interesting to see what I feel inspired to add to my routine this coming Monday. Usually by now I already know...
I want it to be something functional that requires no equipment so that I never miss it or make an excuse. It might be wall sits. I might also consider switching from 4 deep breaths of leg stretches to 4 entire minutes. 🤯
I'm excited to see how my body feels one year from now as I keep this up!
Last time I got this in shape I ended up with a really hot girl and life went haywire shortly thereafter. 😂
