My routine is right for me.
It's really nice to have a routine that I know is right for where I'm at. 125 push ups per day. 40 obliques. Today I think I did it twice. 12 deep breaths of leg stretches. Daily flossing, not the dance. ;) It'll be interesting to see what I feel inspired to add to my routine this coming Monday. Usually by now I already know... I want it to be something functional that requires no equipment so that I never miss it or make an excuse. It might be wall sits. I might also consider switching from 4 deep breaths of leg stretches to 4 entire minutes. 🤯 I'm excited to see how my body feels one year from now as I keep this up! Last time I got this in shape I ended up with a really hot girl and life went haywire shortly thereafter. 😂 Make some of you guys will help me keep my head on straight this time. 🙌

Flossed. 125 push ups finally done before a reasonable hour. 😆 40 obliques done early. 4 breath leg stretches done. I'm excited to see the flexibility gains I make over the course of this week. I think it'll at least feel substantial. I'll be using my kitchen tiles to measure the basic splits for more. My kids will enjoy measuring for me later. 😁
My new healthy habits...
1. 125 push ups. For each set of 25 I do 4 deep breaths of toe touches before I begin and really push myself followed by 4 deep breaths of downward dog. 2. 40 obliques. Just doing it is enough for me at this time. 3. Flossing my teeth daily. 4. I'm adding 12 deep breaths of leg stretches to my daily routine for this coming week, not counting the stretching I mentioned above. I've also started to be more consistent with my vitamins and do a few other small healthy habits, but the 4 above represent my MANDATORY activity for the day. Everything else is a bonus reward to be proud of. 50 push ups, flossed, 1set of stretches, and 40 obliques into it today!🙌
