1. 125 push ups. For each set of 25 I do 4 deep breaths of toe touches before I begin and really push myself followed by 4 deep breaths of downward dog. 2. 40 obliques. Just doing it is enough for me at this time. 3. Flossing my teeth daily. 4. I'm adding 12 deep breaths of leg stretches to my daily routine for this coming week, not counting the stretching I mentioned above. I've also started to be more consistent with my vitamins and do a few other small healthy habits, but the 4 above represent my MANDATORY activity for the day. Everything else is a bonus reward to be proud of. 50 push ups, flossed, 1set of stretches, and 40 obliques into it today!🙌
