My whole life, my aunt made the best stuffing known to man.
It had the typical raisins, bread and celery but what made it incredible was the sausage she added.
She always had to make double the amount and hide it from my dad and I after one Christmas we found the extra stash and ate them both.
I’ve had numerous Christmas dinners outside of my aunt’s home and to my dismay, NONE of them had sausage in their stuffing.
Were we the only family in Canada doing this?
