✅️Breathwork: done while waiting for my son to get ready for work
✅️❎️Protein: only had one meal today...but it had 2 x palms of protein
✅️IF: nothing after 1900.
✅️BW Workout: 80.minutes of 3:3 ice hockey
❎️Reading: gave my son his copy of Meditations. He was actually quite chuffed!
✅️Energy: 9/10...until the 1600 nap monster showed up!
✅️One thing I noticed: it's easy for a day to pass with NSTR...but Google Fit still says I doubled the recommended weekly heart points. So is Google Fit's target too low??
