Veterans Getting Fit AF will be hosting the first ever Canadian Silkie Hike in Montreal. 🤩
A « silkie hike » is an American inspired veteran morale event, held in over sixty cities, worldwide and I have the honor of hosting the first ever in Canada. 🇨🇦
The goal is to have a ton of fun, connect and heal while looking absolutely ridiculous wearing short shorts.
