Question
What is a reasonable amount of time to pay a teacher for creation of Social Reels/TikTok videos?
I was thinking 5 hours/month with the expectation of 4-6 reels produced? Does that sound about right - not enough time, too much time? What do other people do if they have a teacher making content? (She's a casual employee)
