Big news, and a thank you that comes with a way to earn from it 💗
Dance Marketing Pro is now a paid community. New people can take a 7-day trial, then they're in as a paying member. The free door is closed. But here's the bit that matters for YOU. If you joined while it was free, you've been grandfathered in. 🥰 ➡️ You keep everything on the $19/month Standard tier, free, for good ➡️ Nothing gets taken away ➡️ You got in at the right time and you get to stay there And if you're a Premium member, nothing changes for you either. You keep all of it. All your dance social media content training, paid ads resources, visibility strategies, the calls, the lot. So that's the housekeeping... now the fun part! The community is paid now, which means I can finally turn this on for you. You can earn 40% ongoing commission when you invite someone who joins. 👇 Not a one-off. Ongoing, for the life of their membership. ➡️ They join on Standard? You earn 40% of that. ➡️ They upgrade to Premium later? Your 40% grows with them. ➡️ Every month they stay, you get paid. Know another studio owner drowning in their socials? A friend who keeps saying "I should really do ads"? Send them in. Here's how to grab your link: 1️⃣ Click the 'SETTINGS' button on the right of your screen 2️⃣ Copy your invite link 3️⃣ Send it to whoever comes to mind That's it. They join, you earn, every single month they stay.

The truth about Paid Ads vs. Organic Social
Ads have one job: reach people who don't know you yet. They're a megaphone pointed at cold audiences. That's it. The problem is, when someone sees your ad and clicks, they often don't take action on the spot (especially if there is no urgency or scarcity built in). They check you out. They scroll your feed. They Google you. They're in what I call the "messy middle" of the buying journey, looking for reasons to trust you or rule you out. This is where organic social earns its keep. Not just by keeping you visible, but by doing three specific jobs: 1️⃣ It shows the transformation your students experience. 2️⃣ It surfaces social proof. 3️⃣ It answers the questions your audience is quietly asking, positioning your studio as the obvious choice. And here's the one most studio owners overlook: your social content is a search engine! Every post you publish increases the chances of your studio showing up on Google, on Instagram, on Facebook, and increasingly in AI search results. Consistent, relevant content makes you findable. That matters more than ever right now. When all of this works together, your ads get cheaper and more effective. Families already recognise you. Trust is already there. The work is half done before they even fill in an enquiry form. Ads without organic content are fighting uphill. Organic content without ads limits your reach. Together, they lift each other 🥰

Welcome, everyone! I am excited to learn more about your dance schools. Although I do not have a dance school, it's been really lovely to learn more about the dance marketing information, tools, and resources @Sally Prendergast shares with us here in this community. I am located in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. ⚜️
How Kristie is using AI to create more ad artwork faster!
We had a great monthly Q&A call today for premium members :) Lots of great conversation about Meta ads and how to think about your creative stack differently for better results. @Kristie Doyle also shared a tool she is using to create more ad artwork faster - it's called Higgsfield.ai: https://higgsfield.ai/pricing I've attached some examples from Kristie's current ad campaign for KJD Artist Development. You can also use this directly in ChatGPT or Google Gemini by asking it to create a set of image prompts and then asking it to create images based on those prompts. Check out this post as an example of this: https://www.skool.com/dance-marketing/your-new-amazing-freebie-is-here

Super cool, @Sally Prendergast and @Kristie Doyle! I have yet to try Higgsfield, but I’ve heard great things about it. Thanks for sharing these examples. 🎉
When the lurker converts
This week, I have welcomed 8 new dancers into the studio. I always ask the adults what brought them to Irish dance at this stage of their lives. One of my new adults shared about some injuries and that due to her risks with osteoporosis, her doctors said no to cycling but yes to Irish dance. She chose my studio because of a few things on social media: she saw a variety of footwear, so she knew the space was relaxed; she saw evidence of adapted dance (seated) so she knew that if her injuries made standing to dance difficult, she would have an alternative; she saw a wide range of ages in the adult dancers so she wouldn't be "the old lady" in the room; and short-term sessions (5-weeks this round) to get a taste of how it actually feels. She had been following my socials for over a year before deciding to enroll and she had scrolled back into my historical content to boot. Sometimes I forget how much time it takes for people to be ready and how much "evidence" they might need for that decision.

Wow, this was really neat to read about this dancer’s journey toward joining your class. Thanks for sharing. Very insightful!
