JV Outreach Challenge [step 2/3]
Moving along with our JV Outreach Challenge...
Step 1 was about the WHO [if you haven't done step one yet, you still have time to complete it].
Step 2 is about the WHAT.
Like Step 1, Step 2 is easy. Again, just make three lists:
List 1: What obstacles/problems/frustrations/wants do you have?
It could be general problems (eg. no clients) or specific frustrations (Convert Kit reporting sucks).
List 2: What assets do specific other people have, which could solve your problems/fulfill your desires/eliminate your frustrations overnight?
This could be an audience, an info product, skills or expertise... (look to your lists of people from step 1 if you need inspiration).
List 3: What assets do you currently have or could create to make a partnership interesting to potential partners?
Ideas: your own audience, a backlog of info products, expertise, willingness to work and hustle, ability to make sales, ability and willingness to write, etc.
Take a moment some time before this Friday.
Make these three lists.
Put at least 10 items on each.
And that's it! Step 2 done.
