Toasted Black & White Sesame, 10% Whole Wheat Sourdough
If you’re looking for a loaf that checks all the boxes, this is it. It has the nuttiness from the toasted seeds and whole wheat, but not so much as to make it dense. I have been working on the recipe for the last couple of hours. I should have it up on the recipe pantry by COB.
I thought I would tease it.
