In the video I just posted, I wanted to add a tangzhong to the Star Bread recipe. The recipe itself doesn’t call for it and doesn’t include instructions for making one.
So I clicked the Bake With Me button.
That summons Krusty, our recipe concierge. I asked how to incorporate a tangzhong into the dough and he walked me through it right there while I was working.
That feature is there for exactly this reason.
