Pizza dough
Yeasted Neapolitan pizza dough recipe is not mathing. We are supposed to get 4 pizza dough balls at 265g each. Unable to do that with the recipes total weight of 836g. (I am guessing it has to do with the missing flour from using a starter). Instead I just shaped 3 balls at 277g each.
