Introduction

Hi everyone,

I wanted to properly introduce myself! About 6 months ago, I recently discover the pleasure of bread making. I have actively been looking on youtube for example and recipes from which were really good and other disappointing.

And then, 2 weeks ago, I discovered Henry Hunter on youtube and I immediately good hooked in this community. The content in the classroom is invaluable and explain in a simple way the bread making process. Amazing work

! And what about this community !!! Extremely positive, encouraging and helpful! I have progressed more in 2 weeks that I did in the last year!

Coming home after a workday, I just think about baking a new bread and the saturday bake along challenge!
