Carbohydrates Sourdough Anonymous Team
From the the Carbohydrates Sourdough Anonymous Team. @Gaylord Foreman @Deborah Karaban @Stacey Avraham I had a special request from my Dear Friend @Deborah Karaban for all of us to put our 2 cents in how not to eat too many of our delicious carbohydrates sourdough breads and discard baking. Besides exercising to lose weight and consuming less. What are your suggestions it will be greatly appreciated. For those of us all watching our figures to me, it is always portion control and eating in moderation. @Henry Hunter

@Sandy Chong I understand! Any new exercise that you do is a health benefit! If exercise is no longer an option. I would give my bread to my extended family or the people in my surrounding that I care about! I have a confession to make! I was following the KETO diet before. I made a change and I started back introducing carbs. Oh my god! I could I leave so much out of the table 😀!

@Sandy Chong It is doable. You need to find the food you enjoy the most and that respect the diet. But whole wheat bread is just so goooood! I would not go back!
🎙️ I'm on the Bake This Book Podcast — Plus a Giveaway You Don't Want to Miss
Hey everybody, I got the honor of being interviewed for the Bake This Book podcast, hosted by Eric Fabin of SourHouse (yes, the folks behind the Goldie starter heater we all know and love). The episode dropped today, and I'm excited to share it with you. This interview was conducted one week before I decided to start Crust & Crumb Academy. I wish I had you all to talk about then. @Henry Hunter Good job on the interview. Excellent content and you are a great communicator!
Introduction
Hi everyone, I wanted to properly introduce myself! About 6 months ago, I recently discover the pleasure of bread making. I have actively been looking on youtube for example and recipes from which were really good and other disappointing. And then, 2 weeks ago, I discovered Henry Hunter on youtube and I immediately good hooked in this community. The content in the classroom is invaluable and explain in a simple way the bread making process. Amazing work @Henry Hunter ! And what about this community !!! Extremely positive, encouraging and helpful! I have progressed more in 2 weeks that I did in the last year! Coming home after a workday, I just think about baking a new bread and the saturday bake along challenge! Perfection not required! Progress is!😀
