Henry’s Whole Wheat Honey Milk Bread
Baked Henry’s whole wheat honey milk bread and the recipe doesn’t lie. It’s the softest bread ever. My husband told me yesterday that he really didn’t like any of the breads I have been baking. He wanted something not so chewy and softer like sandwich bread. Well let me tell ya he loved this bread. It’s perfect Henry and it gave me lots of practice with the slap and folds you talked about today. Thanks Henry for another great recipe! Oh I almost forgot to mention that the water it called for in the recipe I replaced with my yeast water.
