Well, at least I can say the first video is over and done with now

¯\_(ツ)_/¯ as I'm sure is common, I antagonised over this first video. I recorded the intro bit maybe 10 times, then decided screw it, and ended up just recording the entire thing in 1 take. It's so imperfect and raw and ridiculous but it's done and that's the point right? The page is up, the video is up and I can at least be proud of myself for taking the first step.

Its largely just ramblings to be honest, but it's honest and it's me so that's something worth celebrating I think. I'm also just getting past a flu atm, and my voice is only just coming back. The minute I felt I could speak I wanted to record this. No more delays!

Initially I was trying to find "consistency" and try and make it purposeful. I told myself, I need a haircut and a shave. In the end that felt like excuses at this point where I "just needed to start"! So I scrapped the entire idea and just went with it.

I'm ok with it, especially the second half. I feel like I got a tiny bit more comfortable talking to the camera and it started to feel a little more natural.

I hope everyone else is pushing forward and I'll be watching, learning and hopefully on my own way soon enough.
