Teleprompter.com Issue

Hello YouTubers!

I just purchased Teleprompter.com and downloaded my first script and all ready to record BUT, it is unreadable. The words are all stretched out and I cannot see how to fix it. I reached out to them and their AI agent was not helpful so now I'm waiting for a human!

Any Teleprompter.com users here? Any ideas?

The learning curve on all this is so painful! But everyone has a first video and I'm just going to keep going!

The good news is there's a yapping dog at a nearby park and I can't record anyway! lol
