Technical question

I've been having a terrible problem when I film in my little office. It's glare on my glasses. I bought a suggested filter to go over my camera lens and it doesn't cut the glare. Doesn't seem to work at all. When I film outside I don't have a problem but I just can't get rid of the glare coming from my lights and computer screen. Any suggestions? I've tried moving the camera to different areas I've tried moving the screens and the lights in different areas and I just can't seem to make it work.
