Youtube removed my channel
Hi there everyone My apologies for this long message. Wondering if I could get some advice. As I am really confused, did my activity on my channel yesterday trigger YouTube's monitoring systems to remove the channel, or I unknowingly violated something they are strict about? Is there any easy way of finding out? Than an appeal that gave me a rejection. :o( I thought I found my niche and was working hard the past 2 months, and it was looking so good with the traffic to my videos getting stronger and not less than 250 to 1800 the past few days. And then I was shocked to see a message from YouTube that my channel was removed for violation of policies and deceptive or spam content.... I appealed. Because I think the following may have triggered something:o( Yesterday, using VidIQ's AI Coach, I learned that reused scripts with different visuals may not be allowed, so I immediately deleted 2 videos. I also deleted a couple of videos to repost them with relevant thumbnails.I did repost them immediately after deleting them. And deleted about 20 older ones just to clean up my channel. I included this on the appeal. Almost instantly, I got this message that leaves me wondering what or who replies in seconds: We reviewed your channel carefully and have confirmed that it violates our spam, deceptive practices, and scams policy. We know this is probably disappointing news, but it's our job to make sure that YouTube is a safe place for all. Looks like it is so much of a. trouble to communicate to YouTube. I am wondering if I should escalate. It further reaches out to them for a direct response to know the exact issue via the community Or just start over with a new channel? Because this fateful channel had only 118 subscribers and 289 watch hours, although the 3 months of work were solid. At least I learnt what works and what to be careful about. Is it ok to open with the same channel name? Or to be safe, I could start over with a completely different name with another email ID? or will I be blacklisted. It's so horrible to not know what went wrong. If I am legally allowed to have another youtube channel that could monetize, Can the original videos I made for the channel that was removed be reused?

@Francis Remy I had the same thing happen on Amazon...
Heart Centered Contentpreneur
I'm curious - who in here considers yourself a heart centered content creator. A person who feels led/guided/called to do this work and live this purpose from a place bigger than you? Wants to create a positive impact in the world by sharing your heart and creating a community around you that lifts people up?

Honestly I working towards changing lives, but if monetization ever kicks in that's a bonus, but that is not my motivation.
I'm monetised!
I feel like I should run around and celebrate, but it just sort of landed when I was focussing on everything else that I'm trying to juggle! I guess this would be a good time to stop and notice that I've just reached a goal.
I'm monetised!

Loved the video
Answering Rudi Regarding Comments
@Rudi Strahl You posted these questions today to a message that I posted back in November 2024 when I was posting a win that I had 500 comments. >>What do you think makes people feel so moved to comment on your videos?<< Of the nearly 6000 comments on my videos two words appear over and over again. They are inspiration and encouraged. I believe that a lot of people are inspired by the fact that an 81 year-old can start a YouTube channel. If I can do it, they can do it. >>Have you noticed certain topics or ways of speaking that trigger more engagement?<< I have videos that talk about aging and also videos on starting a YouTube channel. The two keys on successful videos are either solving a problem or touching an emotion. I have a video where I share about being adopted and another video about how does your dog feel when you die? The comments in those two videos are heart whelming. My viral video on how to start a YouTube channel at 80 touched people that didn’t think they could do their own channel. >>Do you ask for comments on purpose – or does it just happen naturally?<< I did in the beginning, but over the last couple of months I do not ask for comments as often as I used to. >>How much do you think your replies influence people to join in?<< I do reply to every single comment that I get. If a person takes the time to make a comment then I can sure take the time to add a reply. Also about half of the comments I get I actually go and look at the YouTube channel of the one who posted the comment. And I will often comment on their channel. >>And… what would you tell someone like me who’s starting out and barely gets any comments?<< Solve a problem, touch an emotion. Ask people what they think about what you’re saying and leave a comment below.
