Question: Improving old videos
Here Alexa mentions the value of keeping a viewer inside of your ecosystem. Specifically she calls out, "improving old videos"
What does that mean specifically? Re-recording? Or just updating title/thumbnail/description/metadata? Is there an any reason NOT to do those things? Any Penalty?
