Introduction and hello

Hi, I’m Verene!

I run three different YouTube channels - none of them is monetized - yet.

Sparks of Joy Moto is all about the joy of motorcycling and road trips. I’m still very passionate about it, but I update it less frequently since motorcycle content is quite time-consuming to film and edit.

Tråd-Saks-Papir is my creative channel for paper crafts, also updated more occasionally.

Right now, my main focus is Kompispraten (iterally translates to ‘Buddy Talk’ in English) a new channel I haven’t published on yet.

I’m in my 50s, and this project is about sharing personal experiences, reflections, and takeaways in a way that feels sustainable for me. There is only so much time, and I also have a "real" job that pays my bills.

I’m currently batching videos so I can launch with impact. The format is simple: I film at home, write blog posts alongside the videos, and produce in batches to make sure I can publish consistently over time.

My long-term goal is to build a path toward public speaking, where YouTube serves as portfolio and building network. Of course it would be great to be monetized as well.

I’m really happy I came across Alexa’s videos - and even happier to have found this community to learn and share with.
