I built my own competitor tracker system for YT

I got tired of having to go to YouTube to look for competitor videos and get new ideas. Most of the time, when I was supposed to look for a new video, I would end up watching other YouTube videos… sigh.

So I decided to build my own tool that keeps track of my competitors in real time and gives me an overview of their videos, so I know what’s working and what isn’t.

It’s just the start, but it helps save time, and I can even download their YouTube script and save the hook and full script in my content library.
