Canva users, can you help?
I'm an artist and my biggest struggle is the technical stuff. I use Canva for video editing and I have the paid pro version. But when I tried to upload just a 10 minute video it said,
"Upload Error- each video must be less than 1024MB"
I don't understand this because it was only 10mins long. My husband suggested to lower the video recording setting on my phone to make the file size smaller, but I defiantly don't want poor video quality so I'm unsure what to do. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!🙏
