Bottle neck

and everyone, I could use some advice and point of view. I run a guitar channel focused on improvisation with around 56k subscribers, and my long-form videos consistently get between 50k and 100k organic views.

I opened my Skool community 4 months ago, and I'm really struggling to drive traffic over to it. All the links are in my descriptions and pinned comments, and I'm constantly tweaking my CTAs to see what message resonates best to get more people to click. Right now, with those view numbers, I'm only getting about 250 to 400 people visiting my Skool page from YouTube each month.

Once they get inside Skool, my conversion rate is sitting at 2.1% (I know it can be improved, but still solid). My main bottleneck is definitely the bridge between YouTube and Skool.
