Salt vs Black Pepper
I'm using salt and regular black pepper everyday, and I always wonder - is it universally agreed that one of them is better than the other? That if you could only have 1, there is a clear winner between them? Can you provide a take from chef's perspective?
If I had to guess - it's salt.
But I had to personally only live with one, it would be pepper because I like it more.
