Quality issue

Hi gang

My videos shared on other channels habve terible quality.

I record on capcut, then upload to LI from my phone. These have great quality.

Then I share a Google Photos link to the video with my team, and they upload the video to tiktok, etc, and the video quality is awful.

Can I share the video from my phone directly to all channels using Metricool? Does it have an app?
