The problem with Claude Cowork is that if you use it to process 10mb pdf drawings you'll burn thorugh your usage.

Two kinds of context: business context (your contract positions, rates, voice — lives in Notion) and project context (drawings, contract, registers — lives in SharePoint). Both feed every prompt.
The project-indexer skill bridges the two. Reads Notion, reads the project folder, writes a 0. AI Context/ synthesis back into the project. Five seconds per session instead of five minutes.
Prompt for the outcome, not the steps. "Summarise variations and flag overdue" — not a 6-step procedure. The standard lives in Notion.
