Tag members with titles/roles

I know that the leaderboard plus admin/mod roles exist but it would be awesome if We could give titles/roles to members ourselves.

First example is I would love to be able to tag founding members of the group so they are regonised as being more than just a member.

Similar thing if there are people who are maybe paying you more for whatever reason maybe they deserve a different title/status then a regular member.
