Should We Or should We Not?
When we launched our community at $9/month, we planned to raise the price to $49 after reaching 100 members.
But, after several requests, we extended this offer to 150 members.
Now, as we're nearing that number [currently at 148], we're reconsidering our pricing strategy.
If you were in my shoes, what would you do?
