Membership Included + Paid Options

Question and need help:

Is there a way to have members of the community with access to the community because they bought a program where it was included...

BUT...

ALSO be able to charge a monthly membership for those who find my group or just want the community and training?

I don't want to start another "Paid" Group.... would love to combine.
