Members not able to sign into our Skool Community

Yesterday a couple of my members said that they aren't able to sign in to the Skool platform and are still unable to sign in.

They get a "Skool is having a hiccup" page. One of them said they can access via the Skool app on iPad but not via the browser.

I'm trying to get more information from them on what browser they're using, but I'm wondering if there's a known bug or any suggestions I can give these members to solve the issue.

They're all older guys, so not the most tech-savvy unfortunately.

Anyone else having this issue recently?
