Member Acceptance of Terms of Service

, is there a feature for members to be REQUIRED to accept a TOS before continuing in the community? I often see this on other sites. i.e., Please review our TOS and accept it before continuing. -or- Our TOS has changed. Please review and accept it before continuing.

If not, I would really like this feature to be put into place.
