Making set completion optional

Hey team,

A new feature that would be fairly useful is having the ability to select if a Set can be 'completed' or not.

We've been uploading our Q&A recordings into classroom as it's great for ease of access (as opposed to uploaded them as posts within a 'category'), however with every new module we add it subtracts from a students overall completion percent.

Having the ability to select if a certain Set is 'completable' would allow admins to use classroom for 'non-essential' course content, without effecting overall completion rates.
