Just created a Skool. Appended digits in URL

Hi team. I just created a school. When I put in the name of the Skool, it created the URL for me. I see that I can modify it at some point after enough members etc. But, I was curios to the addition of a numerical sequence that was added at the end of the URL.

Why would this be happening? Is it possible that there is another user using the exact same name as I am or something?
