How Much Time Are You Wasting?

I used to waste a MINIMUM 8 hours a day browsing social media apps. Now I only open them to upload my own content or to reply.

I had some down time today and caught myself wasting 13 min on Facebook. I only opened the app to reply to a friend's message and that's how fast the algorithm grabbed me.
