Feature request : Find active users by email

For many issues, I need to be able to retrieve client by their email on the online tools I use :

I feel like when a customer is on Skool, he can become unfindable if he changes his name or alter it in any way.

Not the first time I need to ask someone : "What is your name on Skool ?" and it's costing me time.

I think this feature can allow us more flexibility on managing our groups and members.

Don't you think it would be great ? Is there a downside I don't see ?
