Error when posting & emailing

Hi team - I created a post that was to also be sent out as an email. There was an error (it just said, 'there was an error') so it did NOT get posted, and I'm getting the 72-h message when I try to do this again.

Any way to solve this apart from waiting 72 h? Thanks!
