Course Member Access / Visibility

It would be very valuable for me to have the course images show to members that don't have access, essentially greying out what "would" be available if they were at that level or purchased a higher level course.

Right now only the course that member has access to shows, but it would help me be able to show the other available courses/levels in a greyed out manner just to let them know higher levels are available that they don't have access to yet.
