Anyone sell a high ticket offer and also run a FREE Skool Group?

Hey everyone, i have been thinking of turning our FREE Skool group into a small monthly membership ($97/month) and eventually convert folks into our high ticket course. That was the main reason i created the group (give tons of value then sell into HTC).

I want to do this to start working on building our MRR with a low based subscription as i don't have a group like this right now. We also don't want to start another SKOOL group.

We would like to offer then to leads from our ads and social media/email list subscribers were i also do a weekly live QA call.

Love to hear your thoughts on this and if you feel this is a good move?

Right now our FREE group has about 140 members
