I learned that i'm 2nd on the all time list on skool ! Super Dope !

Currently we are at around $87,000 MRR ( A MILLION DOLLAR COMMUNITY 🏆! )

Here's a Few things I learned from 1 day mastermind

Have events but space them out so members has things to look forward too
Make the Free stuff just as good as the paid
Hire when it hurts not just because you want to
Have milestone awards
Have Exit Interviews .. May recoup 30-50% of people to stay in
Add a newsletter
Have GOOD orientation on boarding Calls for new members !
use ads as your call to action

Here's a few things that have worked for me

Figure out a System that work and scale a system not your time !

Add bonuses better then the initial offer

Have free give a aways to top member on the leaderboards

Post free value content on all social media platforms 5 x a day ( Even over night 1Am 3 AM)

I Host free trainings one to many ( My team Created an automated webinar system thats has grown my group really really fast ! ... (Runs 24/7 7 days a week )
