In my office, I have a wall of Success Stories which are, what I consider, people talking to people. Each story is different, unique and is able to educate others on what I do. When I ask people for their stories they enjoy writing them or telling us because they know it’s going to help someone else. I have found people like helping people, they just need to be asked.

Such a timely reminder to capture via audio and video, not just in writing. We have people telling each other their story. Now to complete the circuit and have them write or record these impromptu stories!

I first learned this lesson from Tom a few years ago and now have 80+ testimonies on the walls of my clinic from patients that came in with various health conditions. What are we truly doing by having these on the walls? Providing a glimmer of hope to the next person that walks past them! In my world, if you provide the customer/patient with hope - the bottom line tends to go up.
