New Group Member (Private Lender)
Hello,
My name is Arie & I am new to the group. I am currently a private lender in the residential space lending on double closes, EMD as well as fix n flip projects.
Wholesaling commercial Real Estate recently peaked my interest due to the upside for the same amount of time it takes in the Residential space.
