Hey everyone, my name is Juan Bustos. I'm a residential wholesaler and flipper. Been doing it for 10 years, I'm moving more into the commercial realm. One big goal I have is to be a GP for my first storage unit buy before the end of the year. I'm looking to learn how to source, underwrite and close commercial deals smoothly and efficiently.
