Hello CRE fam 👋,

As we close out the week, I wanted to share my first real launch and a bit of the momentum it’s stirred back into my journey.

I’ve been quietly building—refining my pitch deck, completing the business model canvas, structuring my operating docs, running scaled financials, and connecting with strategic partners including AFIRE. Today marks the first time I’ve positioned Logi8 Concepts publicly as a real vehicle for impact and investor alignment.

This isn't a “deal closed” post—it's a clarity post. A point of ignition. 🚀
