I have started this community by personally inviting you all. I know most of you IRL!
I met when she came to Houston to Teach CSRs (Customer Service Reps)/ business owners/ techs how to answer the phones.
A class I definitely did not think I needed.
Until I couldn’t understand why I wasn’t having trouble booking HomeAdvisor and Angi’s leads, BUT my sister and anyone else I’d hire would hate those leads or any “price shopper” leads.
Took her class and learned I could teach a process (system) to anyone answering the phones. That I wasn’t special. I just hadn’t laid it out to my team on how to do this very important task.
You’d be surprised how much we can loose $$$ not knowing how to answer the phones properly!
