CompanyCam. We used to email and text pictures over to eachother to add them to Our Invoices. Was EXTREMELY time consuming. We started Using CompanyCam and now we save lots of time not sending pictures. Commenting and drawing on the images themselves is also a game changer. We even use these pictures to post on our Social Media Accounts and website. Keeps our New Hires honest and proof for our Customers of the work we performed. Helps Callbacks.. if customer is in question of a callback, helps them understand what was worked on. Pictures are worth a 1000 words. and so are Videos. Share a link with your customer of the SELECTED images and videos or attach to you invoices by integrating softwares. ProTip: Keeping pictures organized and seperate from your invoicing software just incase you switch from Quickbooks online to HouseCall Pro or Jobber or ServiceFusion or any other software. Your pictures don't get lost when switching.
