Wow! Keep in mind I’m fairly new to this breathwork, having only been using the 4 box and other simple quick easy resets during the day for the past 6 months or so until acquiring the app 8 days ago. So glad I did.
When I first read the breathing patterns for the guided Vortex Method, I thought it would be quite a while before I was able to do that, I am amazed that I was able to do it, hold out for 90. Wow!
The feelings of no feeling really, just being that deep into the present moment, I could sit there all day it feels like. Fibonacci sequence makes perfect sense as well. Amazing. Loving it here! Wish I had been doing this my whole life!
