My name is AJ. Just joined the group. Signed up for the app too. Looking forward to getting started. I have a little breath work experience but want to learn more and develop my practice. My main goal is to use my breath to regulate my nervous system and process/release stored trauma and stuck emotions/energy in my body. I noticed that some of the breath work practices in the app were pretty advanced. I can hold my breath on an exhalation for 1 minute but definitely not 2+. Any recommendations for where to start and a good pathway to building up my practice are very much appreciated!
