BREATH IN COHERENCE
This call was amazing. One thing I remembered deeply during the call — and something I was already feeling Tuesday morning — is this:
Give first. Don’t wait for the moment where you get something back. Just give.
There’s something beautiful that happens when you do. Love starts running through you like a wave of bliss.
At the beginning of the call, I was actually cycling back home, buying bananas and meat for dinner, while listening carefully. The words were enchanting me. When I got home, I layed down and followed some guided breathwork from Lukas.
The energy in the group felt incredibly coherent.I stopped trying to control or fix anything and simply let everything be.
That alone felt......
