Stalled progress
My pullups have been stagnant In 2 months I went from 3 to 10 and on separate occasions I did 11-15 pullups Now its back to 10 pullups , I think i overwork My hands are falling down so next week imma do A deload week and do more deadlines to improve grip

@Lucas Torres im doing a deload week now and il use my bag that carries my workout stuff as weight
Progress February
Can do 10-15 pullups (depends on factors ) 30 pushups 20 dips Im starting to do legs now I want to learn the muscle up but I cant really pull high to chest yet

I have been doing doing calisthenics again for a month or 2 and I want too see if i made good progress Il compare my starting stats in brackets Pullups 8 (1) Pushups 22 (15) Dips 15 (4) L sit hold 3sec (1sec) I have been neglecti
My motivation
My motivation is to train is just to be healthier and stronger like many people but i also want to be a good role model to my younger cousins so they dont become like me (unhealthy, barely active and low self-esteem) so I want to better myself so that they can find me as a positive role model then a negative .even If I dont become a role model to them I still want them to know that handwork in the end pays off so that they can be a better person each day Im writing so I can remind myself that I have said my goals to other people and they would be disappointed if I dont do it.
Imbalance
I can do 20 pushups but only 1 pullup Any tips that can help?
